Dr. Rajeev Husain Latif

Dr. Rajeev Husain Latif is a family physician with extensive clinical experience across the UK and Canada. He completed postgraduate training in General Practice/Family Medicine in East Yorkshire, UK, and holds Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).
He also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition with Immunology from Roehampton University, London. In Canada, he is licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
Dr. Latif has experience in medical, surgical, orthopaedic, emergency, and community care settings. His areas of interest include arthritis, joint pain, musculoskeletal conditions, joint injections, pain management, and minor surgical procedures.
He is committed to providing high-quality, holistic care for patients and families, with a focus on both acute health concerns and long-term medical conditions.
Dr. Monsurudeen (Damola) Keye

Dr. Monsurudeen Keye is a family physician with international clinical experience, including practice in the UK and Canada. He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
He graduated from Oba Okunade Sijuade College of Health Sciences, Igbinedion University, and has experience in general practice within the West Midlands healthcare system.
Dr. Keye is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred family medicine care for individuals and families.
Dr. Shahzabeen Sultana
MBBS, MRCGP (UK), CCFP (CA), Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology (UK)
Dr. Shahzabeen Sultana is a family physician with many years of clinical experience in the UK. She completed postgraduate specialty training in General Practice/Family Medicine in East Yorkshire, UK, and earned Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).
She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Dermatology in Clinical Practice from the University of South Wales, UK. In Canada, Dr. Sultana is licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP).
Her clinical experience includes managing acute medical concerns, long-term health conditions, children’s health, seniors’ care, women’s health, dermatological conditions, and comprehensive family medicine.
Dr. Sultana is committed to delivering patient-centred, personalised healthcare through a holistic approach that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing. She also remains actively engaged in quality improvement, medical education, and research.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys gardening, baking, music, travel, reading, crafting, nature, animals, and spending time with her family, friends, and cat.
